1. Install the throttle control sector and throttle body.
2. Fill the internal cavities of the tie rod joints with consistent grease.
3. Install the rod onto the ball joints of the control sector and the throttle pipe.
4. Loosen the lock nut and unscrew the adjusting screw.
5. Turn the control sector by hand to fully open the throttle valve.
The limiter should not touch the adjusting screw. If necessary, loosen the screw to provide clearance.
6. Turn the adjusting screw until it touches the limiter. Then release the throttle control sector.
7. Turn the adjusting screw three turns clockwise and tighten the lock nut to a torque of 4.0-5.4 Nm.
