Removing
1. Remove engine mudguards.
2. Disconnect a reception pipe of final system.
3. Drain the liquid from the cooling system and disconnect the lower hose from the radiator.
4. Drain the gearbox oil.
5. Disconnect the wires from the cooling fan.
6. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the pump of the hydraulic booster.
7. Drain the coolant from the cylinder block.
8. Disconnect water hoses and remove a radiator.
9. Disconnect fuel lines and vacuum hoses.
10. Loosen the power steering pump drive belt adjusting nut and remove the pump from the engine.
11. Disconnect or remove electrical wires where necessary.
12. Disconnect the throttle and clutch cables.
13. Disconnect the speed sensor connector from the transmission.
14. Remove the front wheels.
15. Disconnect the brake calipers from the steering knuckles and hang them on a wire to the suspension springs.
16. Turn away nuts of spherical fingers of hinges of the bottom levers and bolts of fastening of rotary fists to telescopic racks.
17. Disconnect the pivots of the tie rod ends of the steering knuckles.
18. Remove the drive shafts from the gearbox.
19. Attach the lifting eyes to the cylinder head. Raise the engine with a hoist to relieve the supports.
20. Remove the engine mount brackets.
21. Disconnect control rods from gearbox.
22. Disconnect a transmission from a support.
23. Remove the central beam.
24. Lower the engine with the gearbox down.
Installation
The engine is installed in the reverse order of removal.
