Checking the transmission oil level
1. Check for signs of transmission oil leaks on or around the gearbox housing.
2. Remove fill plug (1) with gasket from the gearbox housing.
3. Check the transmission oil level as shown in the figure.
Attention. Do not start the engine while checking the oil level.
4. Install the filler hole Nairobi plug, then insert the plug into the gearbox housing.
Attention. Do not reuse the spacer.
5. Tighten the filler plug to 2 Nm.
Draining gear oil
1. Start the engine and let it run to warm up the gearbox.
2. Stop the engine. Using a special nozzle, remove the drain plug (1) with gasket and drain gear oil.
3. Install the gasket on the drain plug and use the nozzle to install it in the clutch housing.
Attention. Do not reuse gasket.
4. Tighten the drain plug to 22 Nm.
Refueling
1. Remove filler plug (1) with gasket from the gearbox housing.
2. Fill the box with fresh gear oil so that the oil starts to flow out through the filler hole (The oil level should be at the lower edge of the hole).
3. Install the gasket on the plug and then screw the plug into the gearbox housing.
Attention. Do not reuse gasket.
4. Tighten the filler plug to 2 Nm.
