The active engine support system (hereinafter referred to as the AES system) uses load sensors to detect engine vibration that is transmitted to the body. Using drives, the system generates vibration with an opposite phase, thereby reducing vibration transmitted to the body.

To check the functionality and troubleshoot the ACM system, the proprietary CONSULT tester is used.

Check the operation of the ACM system and adjust the vibration level after removing or replacing the engine, gearbox, the system itself, the central beam and its cushions, as well as after replacing the ACM control unit. Adjustment of the vibration level should also be made in all cases when, due to any changes, the load on the central beam differs from the specified one (for example, after installing an aerodynamic bumper instead of the standard one, additional fog lights, front engine protection from the bottom, etc.).
