Active Engine Mount System (further - ACM system) using load sensors determines the vibration of the engine, which is transmitted to the body. With the help of actuators, the system generates a vibration with an opposite phase, thereby reducing the vibration transmitted to the body.
To test the performance and troubleshooting of the ACM system, a proprietary tester CONSULT is used.
Check the operation of the ACM system and adjust the vibration level after removing or replacing the engine, gearbox, the system itself, the central beam and its cushions, and also after replacing the ACM control unit. Vibration level adjustment should also be made in all cases when, due to any changes, the load on the central beam differs from the specified (for example, after installing an aerodynamic bumper instead of the standard one, additional fog lights, front underbody protection of the engine, etc.).
