Removal
1. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it on stands.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. To reduce fluid loss, tightly close the tank cap using plastic film, or pinch the hoses.
4. Clean the hose ring fitting and remove the bolt.
5. Remove two gaskets.
6. Remove the pads.
7. Unscrew the upper caliper pin.
8. Remove the caliper.
9. If necessary, the caliper bracket can be removed.
Disassembly
1. Carefully clean the caliper.
2. Reach your fingers into the heads of the bolts that you screw into your fingers.
3. Remove the rubber finger covers.
4. Remove the retaining ring and cylinder boot.
5. Remove the piston by supplying air from the pump into the hole in the fitting.
6. Use a wooden stick to remove the cylinder seal.

7. Wash all parts in clean brake fluid or alcohol.
8. All seals and covers must be replaced.
9. Check the condition of the caliper, especially carefully inspect the piston and the inner surface of the cylinder, replace worn parts. The caliper or caliper bracket are not supplied separately as spare parts.
10. Minor defects on the cylinder are eliminated by polishing with fine sandpaper, while the piston with the same defects must be replaced. Polishing the piston is prohibited.
11. Check the condition of the threads on the caliper pins; there should be no play in the pins in the caliper.
12. Blow out the passages in the caliper.
13. Before assembly, check that all parts are clean.
14. Dip the cylinder seal into the liquid and install it into the cylinder groove.
15. Place the edge of the boot in the groove of the cylinder, lubricate the piston and cylinder with brake fluid, install the piston in the cylinder and place the second edge of the boot on the piston.
16. Place new boots on the caliper pins, lubricate the pins with brake fluid before installing them in the caliper.
Installation
1. Install the caliper bracket and tighten the bolts.
2. Install the caliper, lubricate the threads of the upper pin bolt with a locking compound and tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
3. Install the pads.
4. Check the freedom of movement of the caliper in the bracket.
5. Attach the hose by installing two gaskets and tightening the ring fitting bolt.
6. Remove the polyethylene gasket from the tank cap (or remove the clamps from the hoses).
7. Remove air from the wheel brake hydraulic drive (if the integrity of other contours was not violated).
8. Press the brake pedal several times.
9. Install the wheel, lower the car.
