The engine quick warm-up temperature valve is installed on the left side of the throttle body, between the upper and lower sections of the body.
Removal
1. Before removing it, disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the air filter (see subsection 6.3.1.2).
3. Turn the engine speed cam to disconnect it from the throttle connection mechanism.
4. Align the hole in the cam with the hole in the throttle body and secure the cam in this position by inserting a 3mm drill or pin into the holes.
5. Remove the upper throttle body section mounting screws, then carefully remove the upper section from the lower section.
6. Remove the gasket and discard it; when installing, you must use a new one.
7. Remove the two mounting screws and remove the valve mounting plate from the lower section of the throttle body.
8. Remove the valve from the seat and remove the sealing ring.
Installation
9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
10. When installing, use a new O-ring and gasket between the throttle body sections.
