The additional air supply valve is located in front of the throttle body.
Removal
1. Before removing it, disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Follow the valve wires to the connection connector and disconnect it.
3. Remove the two mounting screws, then remove the valve from the throttle body and remove the gasket.
4. If the valve needs to be replaced, its wires must be removed from the connection socket.
5. If you do not want to disassemble the connection connector, the valve can be removed together with the idle speed increase device and the injector.
6. If necessary, after removing the valve, unscrew the mounting screws and separate the two halves of the valve.
7. Check that the valve plunger moves easily and quickly returns to its original position under the action of the spring.
8. If not, the valve needs to be replaced.
Installation
9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
10. Use a new gasket when installing.
