Removal
1. Remove the evaporator.
Caution: To prevent air from entering, plug or wrap the nipple with a suitable material, such as vinyl tape.
2. Remove the intake air temperature sensor (1) from the evaporator (2).
Installation
Installation is generally performed in the reverse order of removal.
Attention:
- Replace the air conditioner tube O-rings with new ones and apply compressor oil when connecting them.
- Mark the location of the intake air temperature sensor.
- When charging refrigerant, check for leaks.
