Caution: Do not use fuses of a higher rating than the fuse being replaced.
Fuse box in the passenger compartment
The fuse box is located at the bottom, on the left side of the dashboard.
If any electrical component fails, check the integrity of the fuses.
The circuits to be protected ② are shown on the rear side of the fuse box cover ①.
- 1. Check that the ignition switch and headlight switch are in the OFF position.
- 2. Open the fuse box cover.
- 3. Find the fuse. Remove the fuses with tweezers (special tweezers are stored in the fuse box).
- 4. The blown fuse Ⓐ should be replaced with a new one Ⓑ.
- 5. If the new fuse also burns out, contact a service station to check and repair the vehicle's electrical equipment.

Fuse box in the engine compartment
If any electrical component fails, check the integrity of the fuses.
- 1. Check that the ignition switch and headlight switch are in the OFF position.
- 2. Open the hood.
- 3. Remove the cover ① of the fuse box.
- 4. Identify the blown fuse.
- 5. Remove the fuses with tweezers (if available). Special tweezers are stored in the fuse box in the passenger compartment.
- 6. The blown fuse Ⓐ should be replaced with a new one Ⓑ.
- 7. Close the hood.
Note: If the new fuse also burns out, contact a service station to check and repair the vehicle's electrical equipment.
