Description
The procedure is a learning operation of the accelerator pedal release position by monitoring the output signal of the accelerator pedal position sensor. It must be performed every time the connector from the accelerator pedal position sensor or the ECM is disconnected.
Procedure of execution
1. Make sure the accelerator pedal is fully released.
2. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position and wait at least 2 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position and wait at least 10 seconds.
4. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position and wait at least 2 seconds.
5. Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position and wait at least 10 seconds.
