Attention:
- Monitor the fluid level in the tank and do not allow it to empty.
- Do not spill brake fluid on painted surfaces. If fluid is spilled, wipe it up immediately and rinse the area with water.
- Bleed the coupling.
1. Fill the master cylinder reservoir with fresh brake fluid.
2. Remove the rubber cap and connect the clear vinyl hose to the bleed nipple of the coupling.
3. Raise the locking pin of the coupling on the tube side by one notch.
Caution: Do not remove the lock pin.
4. Slowly press the clutch pedal all the way down 15 times and release it at intervals of 2-3 seconds and hold it pressed.
Caution: Keep the pedal depressed to prevent the tube from moving away from the coupling while applying pressure to the tube.
5. Move the tube 5 mm in the direction shown by the arrow and drain the clutch fluid.
6. Return the tube to its original position.
7. Release the clutch pedal and wait 5 seconds.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 until there are no air bubbles in the brake fluid.
