2. Remove the secondary shaft bearing retaining ring.
3. Remove the gearbox housing by tilting it so that the 5th gear fork does not touch the housing.
4. Remove the reverse intermediate gear spacer sleeve and the fork rod.
5. Remove the reverse idler gear spacer sleeve and fork rod, then remove the 5th, 3rd and 4th gear forks. Be careful not to lose the locking crackers.
6. Remove the control bracket with the 1st and 2nd gear shift fork. Be careful not to lose the locking crackers.
7. Remove the transmission shafts and differential from the clutch housing as described below.
Loosen the bolts securing the front bearing holder of the primary shaft.
Remove the input shaft together with the bearing retainer, output shaft and reverse idler gear.
Remove the secondary shaft only straight to avoid damaging the oil channel on the clutch housing side.
Do not remove the reverse idler gear shaft to avoid loosening its fit in the crankcase.
When removing the primary shaft, be careful not to scratch the edge of the oil seal with the splines.
Remove the differential.
8. Remove the oil pocket, ball, spring and retainer bushing.
9. Knock out the retaining pin from the gear selector shaft, then remove the shaft, gear selector lever and locking bracket.
When removing the pin, select a position where it does not touch the clutch housing.
When removing the gear selector shaft, be careful not to damage the edge of the seal. If necessary, wrap the edge of the shaft with electrical tape.
10. Unscrew the threaded sleeve of the reverse gear lock, then remove the spring and balls.
If the small ball does not come out, remove it together with the retainer sleeve.
11. Remove the retainer sleeve.
