2. Install the differential into the clutch housing, then install the primary shaft with the front bearing holder, secondary shaft and reverse intermediate gear. When installing the shafts, be careful not to damage the primary shaft seal and oil channel. Secure the primary shaft front bearing holder.
3. Apply grease to the locking crackers, then install them on the control bracket. Install the control bracket with the 1st and 2nd gear shift fork. When installing the bracket, ensure that it is correctly seated (see section "Adjusting the primary shaft braking mechanism").
4. Install the 3/4th and 5th gear shift forks.
5. Insert the fork rod. Before installing the rod spring, lubricate it with multi-purpose grease.
6. Install the reverse intermediate gear spacer sleeve.
7. Apply the recommended sealant to the clutch housing mounting surface.

8. Install the gearbox housing onto the clutch housing.
9. Install the secondary shaft front bearing retaining ring.
10. Check the axial clearance in the secondary shaft bearing. It should be within 0-0.1 mm. Make sure the bearing is seated correctly. If necessary, tap the end of the secondary shaft with a rubber hammer.
If the gap is not within the specified limits, select a transmission housing cover with a different thickness. Available covers are listed in the section "Data for adjustments and control".

11. Install the gearbox housing cover with the sealing ring. Pre-apply the recommended sealant to the sealing surface of the housing.
