1. Install the selector shaft and lever, locking bracket and retainers. Do you install them? similar to gearboxes RS5F30A/31A.
2. Install the differential into the clutch housing, then install the input shaft with the front bearing holder, output shaft and reverse idler gear. When installing the shafts, be careful not to damage the input shaft oil seal and oil passage. Install the input shaft front bearing retainer.
3. Grease the locking pegs, then install them on the control bracket. Install the control bracket with the 1st and 2nd shift fork. When installing the bracket, make sure it fits correctly (see section «Adjustment of the mechanism of braking of an input shaft»).
4. Install the 3/4th and 5th shift forks.
5. Insert the fork stem. Before installing the stem spring, lubricate it with multipurpose grease.
6. Install the reverse idle gear spacer.
7. Apply the recommended sealant to the clutch housing mounting surface.
8. Install the gearbox housing to the clutch housing.
9. Establish a lock ring of the forward bearing of a secondary shaft.
10. Check up an axial backlash in the bearing of a secondary shaft. It should lie within 0-0.1 mm. Make sure the bearing fits correctly. If necessary, tap the end of the output shaft with a rubber mallet.
If the gap is not within the specified limits, select a gearbox housing cover with a different thickness. Available caps are listed under «Data for adjustments and control».
11. Install the gearbox housing cover with O-ring. Pre-apply the recommended sealant to the sealing surface of the crankcase.
