2. Raise the front of the car and place it on stands.
3. Remove the box shields and drain the oil from the box.
4. Designate positions of cardan shafts concerning flanges of a distributing box, turn away bolts, disconnect both cardan shafts.
5. Disconnect the wires from the front axle enable sensor and the speedometer cable (photo).

6. Remove torsion bars (Ch. eleven).
7. Support the transmission with a stand and remove the subframe.
8. Turn away a nut of fastening of a rod of a distributing box to the control lever (photo) and remove the stem from the stud.

9. Place a stand under the transfer case housing. Loosen the box mounting bolts (photo), slide the box back and carefully lower it to the floor.
11.9 Transfer box mounting bolts vary in size (The bottom 3 bolts shown in the picture are longer than the rest), so mark their location before unscrewing.
10. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order. Lubricate the split planes of the transfer case and transmission case with Nissan part number КР610-00250 or equivalent. When installing cardan shafts, align the marks made during disassembly.
