Working and pressure plates of the clutch — device (Nissan Qashqai J10)

Engines HR16DE, MR20DE:
1. Flywheel.
2. Clutch disc.
3. Clutch basket.
4. Primary shaft of the gearbox.
A. First stage of tightening (mR20DE engine).
B. First stage of tightening (hR16DE engine).
C. Final tightening.

Engine K9K:
1. Flywheel.
2. Clutch disc.
3. Clutch basket.
4. Primary shaft of the gearbox.

M9R Engine:
1. Flywheel.
2. Clutch disc.
3. Clutch basket.
4. Primary shaft of the gearbox.

Note. It is necessary to apply lithium-based lubricant (lithol) to the friction surfaces.

Attention.

• Each time the gearbox is removed from the vehicle, the concentric release cylinder must be replaced with a new one. Move the concentric release cylinder of the clutch to its original position to remove the gearbox from the vehicle. Dust on the working surfaces of the clutch disc can damage the seals of the release cylinder, which in turn will lead to leaks of the working fluid of the clutch hydraulic drive.
• Do not allow lubricants to come into contact with the surfaces of the clutch disc, pressure plate and flywheel.
• When installing, ensure that the lubricant applied to the splines of the gearbox input shaft does not come into contact with the surface of the clutch disc.
• Do not use solvents to clean the clutch disc.
