Engine K9K:
1. Flywheel.
2. Clutch disc.
3. Clutch basket.
4. Transmission input shaft.
M9R engine:
1. Flywheel.
2. Clutch disc.
3. Clutch basket.
4. Transmission input shaft.
Note. It is necessary to apply lithium-based grease to the friction surfaces (lithol).
Attention.
- Every time the transmission is removed from the vehicle, the concentric release cylinder must be replaced with a new one. Move the concentric clutch release cylinder to its original position to remove the gearbox from the vehicle. Dust on the working surfaces of the clutch disc can damage the release cylinder seals, which in turn will lead to leakage of the clutch hydraulic fluid.
- Keep lubricants away from the surfaces of the clutch disc, pressure plate and flywheel.
- When installing, make sure that the grease that is applied to the splines of the input shaft of the gearbox does not get on the surface of the clutch disc.
- Do not use solvents to clean the clutch disc.
