1. To remove the hub, raise the rear of the vehicle and place it on stands.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. On vehicles with rear disc brakes, remove the disc and caliper without disconnecting the hose.
4. On vehicles with rear drum brakes, remove the drum.

5. Remove the hub cap and remove the cotter pin from the axle nut.

6. Loosen the hub nut.

7. Unscrew the nut, remove the washer and hub.
8. Clean the axle and install a new hub with bearing.
9. Put on the washer and screw on the nut (replace the washer and nut).
10. On vehicles with drum brakes, the drum.
11. On vehicles with disc brakes, install the disc and caliper.
12. Tighten the nut to the specified torque.
13. Check the freedom of rotation of the hub, secure the nut with a new cotter pin and press the cap on.
14. Install the wheel and lower the vehicle.
