Caution: Turn off the engine and do not smoke when removing the fuel filler cap.
The fuel filler cap is located on the right side at the rear of the vehicle.
1. To open the hatch, pull up the handle located next to the hood opening handle (see the left section of the illustration Opening the hood).
2. Remove the screw cap of the fuel tank filler neck and install it into the holder on the back of the filler neck cover.
Note: The cap should be loosened slowly and gradually to relieve fuel pressure in the tank.
3. After refueling, tighten the filler cap until it clicks into place.
4. To close the hatch, simply close its lid and press it with sufficient force.
