Rear door lock assembly
Removal
1. Remove the rear door trim. See section "Exterior finishing".
2. Disconnect the connector from the rear door lock.
3. Remove the bolts and remove the rear door lock assembly from the rear door panel.
4. Disconnect the connector from the rear door opener actuator.
5. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the rear door lock assembly.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal
Attention:
- If necessary, apply body lubricant to sliding areas of the tailgate assembly.
- After installation, check the operation.
Removal and installation the rear door handle
Removal
1. Remove the rear door trim. See section "Exterior finishing".
2. Remove the rear door request switch (on models with smart key), remove the rear door opener switch wiring clips and disconnect the connectors.
3. Unscrew the nuts of the rear door handle assembly and remove it.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
Attention: After installation, please check the operation.
Disassembly and assembly
Remove the screws and the rear door request switch (on models with smart key) and the rear door opener switch.
