Brake fluid — checking the level (Nissan Note E11)

Make sure that the fluid level in the tank is within the normal range (between the "MAX" and "MIN" marks).



Visually check for fluid leaks around the reservoir.

If the fluid level is extremely low, check for leaks in the brake system.

If the indicator lamp remains on after releasing the parking brake lever, check for brake leaks and wear of the brake pads or friction linings.
