Attention:
- While bleeding, carefully monitor the brake fluid level in the master cylinder.
- Fill with fresh Nissan Genuine Brake Fluid or "DOT 3" or "DOT 4" (US FMVSS No.116).
- Do not mix brake fluid of different brands ("DOT 3", "DOT 4").
1. Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position and disconnect the connector from the ABS actuator.
2. Connect the vinyl tube to the rear left wheel bleeder nipple.
3. Press the brake pedal all the way down 4-5 times.
4. While pressing the brake pedal, loosen the bleed screw and release the air, then quickly tighten the bleed screw.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 until no more air comes out.
6. Tighten the bleed screw to the required torque.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm (1.0 kg·m)
7. Repeat steps 2-6. When bleeding, the master cylinder reservoir should be at least half full. Bleed air in this order: front right, rear right, front left.
