Removing
1. Drain the brake fluid. See section «Drain and refill».
2. Disconnect the wiring connector from the brake fluid level sensor.
3. Disconnect the hose from the clutch reservoir (on models with manual gearbox).
4. Using a box wrench, disconnect the brake pipe from the master cylinder assembly.
5. First unscrew the nuts on the master cylinder assembly, and then remove the master cylinder assembly from the brake booster.
Installation
1. Connect the brake pipe to the master cylinder assembly and hand-tighten the flare nuts.
2. Install the master cylinder assembly to the brake booster assembly and tighten the fixing nuts to the required torque.
Tightening torque: 14 Nm (1.4 kg m)
3. Tighten union nuts of a brake tube with the demanded moment.
Tightening torque: 16.2 Nm (1.7 kg m)
4. Connect hose to clutch reservoir (on models with manual gearbox).
5. Fill in with fresh brake fluid. See section «Drain and refill».
6. Remove air. See section «Bleeding the brake system».
