Attention:
To move the selector lever immediately after starting the engine, be sure to press the brake pedal. If the brake pedal is not pressed hard enough, the car may move suddenly.
To avoid transmission damage, do not do the following under any circumstances:
Until the vehicle comes to a complete stop, move the lever to position P.
When moving forward, move the lever to position R.
When moving backwards, move the lever to position D or L.

Note: When moving from position P, if you first pull the lever and then press the brake pedal, the lever will not move. You must first press the brake pedal and then pull the lever towards you.
Sport mode switch

This switch is used when the selector lever is in position D.
During normal driving, the switch is in the OFE position
When driving in a sporty style or when light engine braking is required, move the switch to the ON position.
