2. Install the vacuum pump with the rear cylinder head cover assembly.
(1) Apply a continuous bead of Three Bond 1207C sealant (KR510 00150) to the areas shown in the figure.
(2) Tighten the mounting bolts in the order shown in the figure.
3. Install the rear sprocket bolt.
4. Remove the two M6 bolts securing the rear sprocket
They were used during assembly.
5. Tighten the rear sprocket installation bolt.
Do not fix the camshaft, but use the engine resistance.
6. Install the cylinder head rear cover plate.
Apply a continuous bead of Three Bond 1207C sealant (KR510 00150) to the areas shown in the figure.
7. Complete the installation in the reverse order of assembly.
Caution: Only start the engine with the vacuum system closed.
