Assembly
Install all parts on the rear cylinder head cover in the following order.
1. Install the vacuum pump.
2. Install the chain tensioner.
Tension adjustment is carried out in accordance with paragraph 5.
3. Install the rear camshaft sprocket.
The sprocket does not have an installation direction mark.
Insert two 3mm thick feeler gauges between the cover and the sprocket, attach the sprocket to the cover by inserting two M6 bolts (length without head 35-40 mm).
Note: 3mm thick feeler gauges are used to align the vacuum pump sprocket and camshaft sprocket.
4. Install the drive chain onto the rear camshaft sprocket and onto the vacuum pump sprocket.
5. Lightly press the chain tensioner (approx. 9.8 N (1.0 kg)) and tighten the tensioner installation bolts in this position.
6. Remove the probes (2 pcs.).
The M6 bolts holding the sprocket are not removed until installation.
