Steering gear assembly fasteners
1. Remove the front wheels and lock the steering column.
2. Remove the bolt and disconnect the intermediate shaft from the steering gear.
3. Disconnect the steering rod end from the steering knuckle. Use a special tool if necessary.
Note: After removal, screw the fastening nut onto the thread of the tip to avoid damaging the thread.
4. Remove the front section of the exhaust pipe.
5. Loosen the steering gear assembly fasteners and remove it through the right wheel arch.

6. If necessary, repair the steering gear. When disassembling it, refer to the illustration Steering gear with rods.
7. After removing the steering rods, install them so that the distance from the lock nut to the boot is 62.6 mm. Check the wheel alignment angles.
8. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
