2. Remove the side plugs and turn out the bolts under them.

Note. Bolts can be thrown away, because. their reuse is not allowed.
3. Separate a socket of additional electroconducting of a steering wheel and electroconducting of the block of an airbag.
4. Remove the airbag unit and lay it face up.
Note. Disassembly of the airbag unit is not permitted.
Attention! Do not expose the airbag unit to temperatures above 90 degrees, do not allow oils, greases or water to enter it. If the airbag unit has been hit (for example, if it was dropped) replace it.
5. Place the steering wheel in the straight ahead position and disconnect the horn and coil spring connectors.
6. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a steering wheel and remove it by means of the special adaptation.
7. If necessary, remove the coil spring, remove the steering column covers (see chapter Body and illustration Coil Spring Installation Components) and paddle switches (see chapter Onboard electrical equipment). Then turn out 2 screws and, wringing out a plastic uvula of a clamp, remove a spiral spring.
8. Disconnect the horn and coil spring wiring connectors from the coil spring.
9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Finally, diagnose the SRS system.
