Radio band switch
With each short press of the button «BAND» radio bands are switched in the following order: FM1 → FM2 → FMT → MW → LW → FM1
If you select the FM band and keep (at least 2 seconds) click on the button «BAND», the radio's automatic memory programming function will be activated. In this case, the radio will automatically find the five FM stations with the strongest signal and enter their frequencies into memory cells (from first to fifth) storage device (FMT range). During the automatic programming of the radio receiver's memory, the display shows the message «AS-STORE» and the symbol appears «AS», and the sound is muted.
Manual tuning to radio stations
Use these buttons to tune into radio stations manually. The tuning frequency increases when you press the button and decreases when you press the button
If any of these buttons is held down for more than 0.5 seconds, the tuning frequency will change continuously within the set frequency range until the button is released.
The frequency changes in steps of 100 kHz in the FM band, 9 kHz in the MW band, and 3 kHz in the LW band.
> Search for radio stations
Button «SEEK» (<< and >>) is designed to search for the nearest radio station whose frequency is higher or lower than the current tuning frequency.
Pressing the >> side of the button once increases the tuning frequency until the nearest radio station in that band is found. The sound is muted while searching for a station.
Pressing the << side of the button once will decrease the tuning frequency until the nearest radio station in that band is found. The sound is muted while searching for a station.
If, when changing the frequency to the end of the range, the radio station is not found, then the tuning frequency returns to the frequency that was set before the search began.

short term (no longer than 2 seconds) press a preset button to select the broadcast station to which the button is tuned.
To memorize the station to which the radio is currently tuned, select the preset button, press and hold it for more than 2 seconds.
- You can tune up to 15 FM stations (5 stations each in FM1, FM2 and FMT subbands)
- You can also tune up to 5 stations on the MW and LW bands.
Radio Data System (RDS)
The Radio Data System (RDS) allows you to transmit additional information in encoded digital form along with the main FM radio signal. The RDS system supports a variety of information service functions, such as displaying the name of a radio station, receiving traffic and local news, and automatically searching for a radio station broadcasting a program of a certain genre.
Note: Certain RDS service functions may not be available in some countries or regions.
Alternative radio frequencies (AF)
Function «AF» selection of alternative frequencies of the radio signal can work in the FM radio band, as well as when playing records on a CD (if the system was previously operating in the FM band)
If the function is activated using the personalization menu «AF» (ON position - on), the display will show «AF» After enabling the function «AF» the following service functions are performed:
1. The function of automatic retuning of the radio receiver. The radio receiver, comparing the power of radio signals at all alternative frequencies, automatically selects and tunes to the broadcast frequency that provides the best conditions for receiving radio transmission
2. EON extended network data update (This function also works when the function is disabled «AF»). Receiving EON data allows you to automatically retune the frequencies of pre-programmed stations to the same radio network. In addition, it becomes possible to use additional service functions provided by the network, such as receiving traffic reports. When the radio is tuned to an RDS station that is part of the EON extended network, the indicator lights up on the display «EON».
3. Function «PS» display the name of the radio station. Once the radio tunes in to an RDS radio station (manually or semi-automatically), RDS data reception starts and the name of the received station is displayed immediately.
4. The function of interrupting the current mode by an alarm signal [ALARM INTERRUPTION - EBU (European Broadcasting Union) SPEC FOR INFO]. If the radio receives an alarm code «PTY 31», then the current mode of operation of the CD-receiver is automatically interrupted and the broadcast of the message starts with the indicator «ALARM» on the display After the warning message ends, the audio system will immediately return to its original mode of operation.
5.Mode- «REG» receive local radio stations. If you turn on the mode «REG», when the radio is on the FM band and is tuned to a local radio station broadcasting local programs, the radio tune will be saved and switching to other local radio stations will occur.
Function «TA» receiving traffic announcements
This function can be used on the FM band when using the radio, as well as when playing CD recordings.
Function «TA» activated by pressing a button «TA». When this function is enabled, the display shows «TA».
By pressing the button again «TA» this mode is disabled, and the indication «TA» disappears from the display!
If the function «TA» off and the radio station is broadcasting traffic announcements, the display will show «TA». Pressing the switch «TA» and turning on the function of receiving traffic announcements instead of displaying «TA» the display will show «TA».
Function to interrupt the current mode by a traffic announcement
If the function «TA» is turned on, the radio detects a traffic announcement and tunes in to the radio station that is broadcasting the announcement, and the volume is set to the preset level. The word appears on the display «TRAFFIC» (road communication) and indicator «TA» blinking.
After the end of the traffic announcement, the audio system returns to the original operating mode it was in when the traffic announcement was interrupted. The sound volume level is also set to the original level. Reception of a radio program from a station in the extended EON network is automatically interrupted if a traffic report is also broadcast by an EON radio station.
The traffic announcement interrupt function is terminated if one of the buttons is pressed during a traffic announcement «TA», «BAND» or «SRC». Function «TA» returns to standby mode.
Setting the volume level for broadcasting traffic announcements
You can preset the volume level for traffic announcements using the personal settings menu.
Note: Mode «TA» works regardless of the inclusion of the mode «AF»
Select the type of radio program
Function «PTY» allows you to select a radio station broadcasting a program of a particular genre.
This function is not available if the radio is operating in the medium MW or long LW range.
Function «PTY», being turned off, turns on after pressing the button «PTY», when the radio is on the FM band, Pressing the button again «PTY» disables this mode.

1. Radio program PTY type selection mode

2. Radio program search function by «PTY» -type
Note: When enabled «PTY» tunes only to stations of the type of programs that were selected when the mode «PTY» was active.
The function of searching for a radio program by a given «PTY» - the type is switched on by pressing one of the buttons for automatic tuning of the radio receiver (<< or >>). In the process of searching for a radio program by a given «PTY» - type on the display are displayed periodically replacing each other message «SEARCH» and the name of the given «PTY» -type of radio program.
If the desired radio program could not be found, the message appears on the display for 3 seconds «NO PTY». The radio will then continue to receive the program of the radio station to which it was previously tuned.
If the radio is tuned in to a station that is broadcasting a program of the specified «PTY» -type, the name of that radio station flashes on the display.
If you want to find another radio station with this type of program, you can:
- Double-tap the search button in one direction or the other
- Push button «PTY», then - the search button in one or the other direction.
3.Mode «PTY» -expectations
Mode «PTY» -standby can be turned on when the radio is in the FM band, as well as when the CD player is on.
About mode interrupt «PTY» warns with a short beep. The name is shown on the display for 2 seconds «PTY» - the type of radio program, if the radio receiver detects «PTY» -code. The name will then be displayed «PTY» - type of interrupting station, and the indicator «PTY» will flash.
Mode «PTY» - standby is turned off by pressing the button «PTY» At the same time, the indicator on the display will turn off «PTY».
4.Mode «PTY» -interrupts

Personalized settings menu
To enter the personalization menu while the radio is on, press the switch «MOD» and keep it pressed for at least 2 seconds
If you press the and buttons, then the indications of the installation modes will sequentially change each other on the display:
- Buttons «+», «-», << and >> set the desired volume level for traffic announcements (TA VOL).
- Buttons «+», «-», << and >> set the desired volume level for the mobile phone (PHON VOL).
- Use the << and >> buttons to turn on or off the alternative frequency selection function (AF). When the received signal weakens, the radio will automatically tune in to a frequency with a stronger signal
- Use the << and >> buttons to turn local radio reception on or off (REG). In this mode, the radio will receive programs from local radio stations.
- Buttons «And» turn the mode on or off «SDV» automatic adjustment of the sound volume depending on the speed of the car. When enabled «SDV» The sound volume will change according to the vehicle speed.
- Buttons «+», «-», << and >> set the desired volume level, set by default when the audio system is turned on (ON VOL). In this way, the maximum volume is set each time the audio system is turned on. However, keep in mind that if you lower the sound volume before turning off the audio system, then the next time you turn it on, the volume will have a new set value.
Note: If the function «AF» off, then the mode «REG» not available. If the mode «REG» disabled, the message appears on the display after turning on the audio system for 3 seconds «REG OFF» (mode «REG» disabled).
When you have finished adjusting the volume levels, save your adjustments by pressing the button «MOD», or without pressing any buttons for 10 seconds.
