Disassembly
1. Using snap ring pliers (suitable special tool) remove the sensor ring.

2. Remove the retaining ring.

3. Press out the wheel bearing using a drift (special tool) and take it off.

Checking after disassembly
Check the trailing arm for deformation, cracks or other damage, replace if necessary.
Check the retaining ring for wear or cracks, replace if necessary.
Assembly
1. Press in the wheel bearing using a drift (special tool).

Caution: Do not press or apply load to the wheel bearing inner race and sealing area.
Note: The final pressing force should be 50,000 N (5,100 kg)
2. Install the retaining ring.
3. Press the sensor ring in using a punch (special tool).

Post-assembly check
1. After installing the brake drum on the axle shaft, tighten the lock nut to the required torque.

Tightening torque: 175 Nm (18 kg·m).
2. Rotate the wheel hub 10 times in both directions and make sure it rotates freely.
3. Attach the dynamometer to the hub bolt, pull at 10±2 rpm and measure the turning torque.
Turning torque: 0.20-0.95 N·m (0.02-0.09 kg·m)
Dynamometer reading: 4-19 N (0.41-1.94 kg)
