2. Make a trip in the car for ten minutes to warm up the working fluid of the variator to a temperature of 50-80°C. Check the amount of working fluid in the variator. Refuel if necessary.
3. Apply the parking brake firmly to prevent the wheels from spinning.
4. Install a tachometer that can be observed from the driver's seat during the test.
5. Start the engine, press the pedal or brake and move the selector lever to the position «D».
6. Gradually depress the accelerator pedal while keeping the brake pedal depressed.
7. Quickly read the value of the standing speed of the automatic transmission, then immediately remove your foot from the accelerator pedal.
Attention. Do not hold the accelerator pedal depressed for more than five seconds during the test.
Note. Parking speed of an automatic transmission: 2500-3000 rpm.
8. Move the selector lever to position «N».
9. Allow the CVT fluid to cool at idle for one minute.
10. Repeat steps 6 to 9 with the selector lever in position «R».
