Removal
1. Remove the drive belts. See section "Removal and installation".
2. Unscrew the lock nut, remove the plate (7), tension pulley (6) and washer (5).
3. Remove the center axle (2) together with the spacer (3) to install the adjusting bolt (4).
1. Generator bracket
Installation
1. Install the center axle (1) into the sliding groove of the spacer (2). Fully screw in the adjusting bolt (3) in the direction of belt loosening.
In this case, press the flange (a) of the adjusting bolt and the socket (b) of the central axle into the spacer.
2. Fit the surfaces (c, d) of the spacer to the generator bracket, install the washer, tension pulley and plate, then tighten the lock nut by hand.
Tightening torque: 4.4 Nm (0.45 kg·m)
3. Install the removed components in the reverse order of removal.
