Using a special device (KV113B0180 (Mot. 1511-01) or similar), lubricate the inner surface of the valve guide bushings before installing the valve stem seals.
Note: Do not apply grease to the valve stem seals before installing them.
2. Install the valve into the cylinder head.
3. Place the special tool bushing ((KV113B0180 (Mot. 1511-01) or similar)) on the valve stem (the inner diameter of the sleeve must be identical to the diameter of the rod).
4. While holding the valve in the seat, put on the oil deflector cap (without lubrication) through the device sleeve.
5. After the oil deflector cap has been pushed through the bushing of the device, remove it.
6. Place the guide tube with the rod assembly on the oil deflector cap.
7. Press down on the oil deflector cap by tapping the top of the rod with the palm of your hand until the guide tube touches the cylinder head.
8. Repeat the described operations for all valves.
9. Install the valve springs and valve retainers using a valve spring compressor.
10. Use tweezers to install the crackers.
11. Install the remaining parts in the reverse order of removal.
12. Subsequent assembly is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
