Removing
1. Remove the following parts:
- Engine cover.
- Air intake pipe.
- rocker cover.
- High pressure fuel lines and fuel injectors.
- High pressure fuel pump.
- An exhaust manifold.
- Timing belt drive.
- Camshaft.
2. To turn away bolts of a head of the block of cylinders in sequence, return shown in drawing, and to remove a head of the block of cylinders.
3. Remove the cylinder head gasket.
Installation
1. Position the pistons at half stroke.
2. Install a new cylinder head gasket using the cylinder block dowel pins.
Note. Gasket surfaces (cylinder heads and rocker covers) must be clean, dry and free of grease (in particular, you need to remove fingerprints).
3. Install the cylinder head and tighten the cylinder head bolts in sequence to 25.0 Nm.
4. Turn the bolts clockwise another 255 degrees (corner tightening) in the sequence shown in the figure.
Attention. Check the angle of rotation using the Special Tool (KU 40112100) or goniometer. It is not recommended to perform dochiakku "approximately".
5. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
