Ream the hole in the cylinder head using a reamer (A) of the required size.

Heat the cylinder head in an oil bath to a temperature of 110-130°C.

Press in the valve guide bushing (1) from the camshaft side to the protrusion height "H" (see section "Service data and specification" at the end of the chapter).
1. Valve guide sleeve.
2. Cylinder head.
Caution: The cylinder head surface is hot. Wear protective gloves to avoid burns.
Finally, ream the hole in the valve guide bushing using a reamer (A) of the required size.

2. If the valve seats have been removed, install new ones of repair size (+0.5 mm):
Turn the socket in the cylinder head (1) to install a new valve seat.
1. Cylinder head.
2. Valve seat.
Note: Make sure the reamer axis is aligned with the guide axis to ensure the valve seats correctly.
Heat the cylinder head in an oil bath to a temperature of 110-130°C.

Cool the valve seat with dry ice.
Press the valve seat into the cylinder head.
Attention.
- The cylinder head surface is hot. Protective gloves must be used to avoid burns.
- Do not handle chilled saddles with bare hands.
Machine the seats using the cutter from the valve seat chamfering kit (special service tool) or a special grinding machine.

Caution. When processing the chamfer of the seat with a milling cutter, hold the handle of the tool with both hands. Ensure uniform pressure of the tool to the entire processed circle and try to process the circle in one movement. Uneven pressure of the tool and processing the surface in several passes can lead to a stepped surface of the seat.
Grind the valve to the seat using abrasive paste.
Check again that the valve is seated correctly in the seat.
3. Press on the oil deflector caps to the height "H", as shown in the figure, using a special mandrel (A) (KV10115600).

Note: Height "H": 15.1-15.7 mm.
4. Install the valves.
Note: The intake valves have a larger diameter head.
5. Install valve springs (with seats):
Install the valve spring with the side with the smaller diameter coils (spring seat side) to the cylinder head (B).
1. Valve spring seat (do not remove).
Note.
Identification color (A) of valve springs:
- Inlet valve: green.
- Exhaust valve: purple.
6. Install the valve plates.
7. Install the valve crackers:
Compress the valve spring with a special tool (A) (KV10116200) and install the valve crackers using a magnetized rod.

Caution: Be careful not to damage the valve lifter seats.
After installation, lightly tap the end of the valve stem with a plastic hammer to ensure that it is securely fastened.
8. Install the valve lifters in their places.
9. Install spark plugs.
