2. If the valve seat was removed, check the condition of the contact surface before installing it, see above.
3. Install the valve spring seat.
4. Install the valve seal.
Install using a punch (special tool) according to the dimensions in the picture.
5. Install the valve.
Install larger diameter valves on the intake side.
6. Install the valve spring.
Install the spring with a smaller inter-turn distance (side with color mark) from the cylinder head side.
7. Install the valve spring retainer.
8. Install the crackers.
Compress the valve spring with a compressor and install the crackers with a magnetic pin.
After installation, lightly tap the valve stem with a plastic hammer to ensure proper seating.
9. Install the spark plugs.
Install using a spark plug wrench.
10. Install the water outlet pipe.
Apply sealant in a continuous bead as shown.
