
1. Relieve fuel pressure.
2. Remove the engine protection from the bottom.
3. Drain the coolant through the drain holes of the cylinder block and radiator.
4. Remove the following parts:
- Front exhaust pipe
- Air duct
- Upper and lower radiator hoses
- EGR valve and retainer
- Intake Manifold and Intake Manifold Adapter
- Exhaust manifold
- Upper Generator Bracket
- Thermostat and water pipes
- High voltage ignition cables
- Valve cover
- Distributor, camshafts, rocker arms
- Rocker arm guides, adjusting washers
- Hydraulic valve lifters
5. Remove the cylinder head assembly.
1) Unscrew the auxiliary cylinder head bolts (4 pcs.).
Unscrew the bolts in the reverse order shown in the figure.

2) Unscrew the cylinder head bolts in the reverse order to that shown in the figure.
3) Remove the cylinder head bolt washers using a magnetic pin.

4) If removal is carried out using a winch, secure the lifting eyes at the front left and rear right of the cylinder head.

5) Hook the hooks of the hoist chain block into the loops and lift the cylinder head.
Attention:
Use the mounting bolts and lifting eyes from the original repair kit.
Don't forget to remove the electrical wiring, pipes, etc.
Note: If the cylinder head is not to be lifted, it is advisable to have 2 people perform the work.
