Note: The stabilizer bar installation components are shown in the illustration Front suspension.
1. Remove the front wheels.
2. Loosen the nut and disconnect the stabilizer bar from its strut.
3. Disconnect the steering tie rod end from the steering knuckle. Use a puller if necessary.
Note: After removal, screw the nut onto the thread of the tip to avoid damaging it.

4. Remove the exhaust pipe support.
1. Remove the pendulum arm (rear support) engine (see section Removal and installation of the power unit).
2. Remove the rear subframe strut bolts.
3. Support the subframe with a jack and unscrew the subframe mounting bolts and subframe strut.
4. Lower the subframe enough to be able to remove the stabilizer mounting bolts.
5. Unscrew the bolts and remove the stabilizer mounting clamps. Remove the stabilizer.

6. Check the stabilizer and its bushings for damage. Replace them if necessary.

7. Installation is performed in the reverse order. The illustration shows the correct (left) and incorrect (right) position of the stabilizer bar installation
Note: The stabilizer strut cushion should be positioned parallel to the stabilizer.
