- For commercial vehicle: every 2 years
Removing
1. Remove the brake pads from the rear wheel brake.
2. Disconnect the brake pipe from the working cylinder.
3. Turn off fixing bolts of the working cylinder and remove from a basic board.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Tighten all components to the required torque.
After installation, bleed air from the system.
Disassembly
1. Remove the left and right anthers from the working cylinder and remove the piston and spring from the cylinder.
2. Remove the collar from the piston.
Examination
Check for wear, rust, or damage on the piston, piston collar, or inner cylinder walls. Replace if necessary.
Assembly
Caution: Do not use NISSAN rubber lubricant during assembly (KRE0000010 and KRE000001001).
1. Apply brake fluid to the sliding area of the working cylinder piston.
2. Apply Nissan Tire Grease (KRE1200030) on the cuff and anthers and reinstall.
