Attention:
Clean the caliper and brake pads only with a vacuum cleaner. Do not blow with compressed air.
When the cylinder body is open, do not press the brake pedal, otherwise the pistons will pop out.
There is no need to remove the brake hose mounting bolt, except for disassembly and replacement of the caliper assembly or caliper bracket. Also, hang the cylinder body on a wire so as not to stretch the brake hose.
Do not damage the piston boots. Avoid getting brake fluid on the brake disc.
When replacing pads, always replace the gaskets with caps as a set.
If the gaskets show signs of rust or peeling of the rubber coating, replace the gaskets with new ones.
Removing
1. Drain the brake fluid.
2. Remove the connecting bolt securing the brake hose to the caliper assembly.
3. Turn out fixing bolts of an arm of a support and remove a support in gathering from the car.
4. Remove the brake disc.
Installation
1. Install the brake disc.
2. Install the caliper assembly. Tighten the caliper bracket mounting bolts to the correct torque.
3. Connect the brake hose to the brake caliper assembly and tighten the connecting bolt to the required torque.
Attention:
Do not reuse copper washers for connecting bolts.
Firmly connect the brake hose to the connection on the caliper.
4. After installing the caliper assembly, fill in fresh brake fluid and bleed.
