1. Raise the front of the car and place on stands.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Loosen and loosen the tie rod nut, press out the tip hinge, unscrew the nut.
4. Loosen the tie rod locknut.
5. Unscrew the rod end by counting the number of turns or mark the original position of the rod end (the label is indicated by an arrow).
6. Clean the rod and tip threads.
7. Replace the tip if the boot is damaged, there is noticeable play in the pivot pin, or the pin is stuck in the pivot, or if the threads of the tip are damaged.
8. Wrap the tip for the counted number of revolutions.
9. Clean the conical part of the finger, attach the tip to the steering knuckle.
10. Tighten the nut to the specified torque.
11. Tighten the nut until the slits of the nut line up with the holes in the pin and cotter pin.
12. Install the wheel and lower the car.
13. Check the front wheel alignment and tighten the locknut.
