2. The location of the refrigerant pressure sensor is shown in the illustration Location of the components of the A/C system. To remove it, hold the sensor mounting block with an adjustable wrench.
Condenser and receiver-drier
1. Remove the front bumper and right air duct (see Chapter Body).

2. Disconnect the flexible hose and high pressure pipe from the condenser.
3. Disconnect the refrigerant pressure sensor connector and remove the wiring retainer.
4. Secure the condenser and radiator to the upper radiator support beam. Remove the mounting bolts and remove the lower radiator support beam (see section Removal and installation the radiator and fan assembly).

5. Remove the capacitor from under the vehicle.

6. If necessary, loosen the receiver-drier fastener and remove it from the condenser by pulling it upwards. When installing, make sure that the receiver-drier holder is securely seated on the condenser hook.
Evaporator
1. Remove the A/C unit (see section Removal, installation, assembly and disassembly of the K/V unit).
2. Remove the cabin filter (see Chapter Vehicle settings and routine maintenance) and the air duct "to the feet" (see section Removal and installation of air ducts and deflectors).
3. Remove the lower fan shroud and expansion valve cover (see illustration Assembly of the K/V block of models with manual control).
4. Slide the evaporator and fan shroud down and remove the evaporator temperature sensor.
5. Remove the evaporator from the lower fan housing.
Expansion valve

1. Disconnect the low pressure flexible hose and high pressure pipe from the evaporator.
2. Remove the screws from the engine compartment side and remove the expansion valve.
