2. The location of the refrigerant pressure sensor is indicated in the illustration Location of A/C system components. To remove it, hold the sensor mounting block with a wrench.
Condenser and receiver dryer
1. Remove the front bumper and right air duct (see chapter Body).
2. Disconnect the flexible hose and high pressure tube from the condenser.
3. Disconnect the refrigerant pressure sensor connector and remove the wiring retainer.
4. Fix the condenser and radiator of the cooling system to the upper support beam of the radiator. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the bottom basic beam of a radiator (see Section Removal and installation of a radiator and fan assembly).
5. Remove the condenser from under the car.

2. Remove the cabin filter (see chapter Vehicle settings and routine maintenance) and air duct «to the feet» (see Section Removal and installation of air ducts and deflectors).
3. Remove the lower fan shroud and expansion valve cover (see illustration Assembly of the A/C unit for manual models).
4. Slide the evaporator and fan shroud down and remove the evaporator temperature sensor.
5. Remove the evaporator from the lower fan shroud.
Expansion valve
1. Disconnect the low pressure flexible hose and the high pressure tube from the evaporator).
2. Turn out screws from outside an impellent compartment and remove the broad valve.
